2 Miles

I know my updates are slacking!
That's because not much has changed
However I ran my first 2 MILES run in 1 miles intervals at 4.5-5speed on the threadmill this morning:)
I am very very very Happy

I feel good

So I went to the GYM Yesterday and Today @545A --talk about determination.
In My quest to loose 10 more lbs I must be Focus.
The plan is 30min on the thread Mill then ABS exercise M-F No matter what.
It is going to be hard but I think I could do it. I have hired a free Personal Trainer, I think we will work well together

Also I have become a master at Making California Rolls, I'm becoming an Asian chef:

This what I can make:

  • Shrimp Tempura
  • Scallion Pancakes
  • Sushi
  • Asian Fried Rice

So far I can attribute my success to Bananas and Yogurt.

So to WarmBread When I come to Cali in July We are going to the BEACH!

SLOWLY BUT SURELY

Just wanted to announce that I'm officially 10 LBS Lighter
171---->161
The bad thing is that my clothes are starting to be loose/ I wore this dress this weekend, and the straps kep falling off.
My goal is another 10 by JUNE 1st/ So I must JOIN the GYM
