I feel Stuck

So I have been stuck at the same number 167....
I need help. I ate pizza and chicken wings for the superbowl :)
Wish me luck 2lbs this week..
This weekend I purchased all fresh Veggies, so it should be easy!

  1. If you feel stuck, try shopping a a different grocery store even if its a bit more expensive like Whole foods and try different types of healthy foods.
    I felt the same way so last week-end I went to Trader Joe's (organic store) and bought some veggies egg rolls that i baked in the oven. Its veeeeryy good and less than 100 cal per roll

    Plus you need to hit the gym more often. What I tell myself is that I'll only do 10 min and when I get there ( not often I admit) I say "weel, since I am here let's do 20 min, then 5 min more etc.."

  2. well Monday and tuesday are a bust! cuz I work from 8am to 10pm.
    But I will go Wednesday,friday and sunday.
    Friday and saturday i'll be unavailable

  3. hey whats up just started reading your blog. i enjoy it, wish u posts blogs more often. i want to recommend waking up early and doing a light workout in the morning. at first it sounds like a crazy idea, but it does have many benefits. for one, once u commence w/ the new schedule; u will notice that you have more energy to start your day. enough that u might even add an extra afternoon workout after a couple of weeks later
