the weekend was not so good

This morning 166.3 Woah . I've gained 3lbs...
But how exactly did I managed to do that very simple...
Friday night: Thai Food
Saturday: Breakfast @ bigford + left over thai + juice
Sunday: rice/chicken + lots of cake and apple pie.
I should be at 160 by the end of the week by force by force!
