So I stepped on the scale this morning... 168.4 <171 lbs -- I'm impressed.
So I Will start my hardcore Atkins Saturday or Monday.
Depending on when I'll be able to go purchase some groceries.

I lost my water Bottle :( I now have to buy a new one .
