So what did I eat today?
Breakfast: Tea + 2 Granola Bars
Lunch: Lean cuisine shrimp alfredo
Dinner: Salami/cheese/wheat bread + 1/2 halves of potates
Snack: 4 life savers, 10 peanut MMs, 4 olives
Killer:
tiny tiny tiny tiny portion of my left over Birthday Cake that everyone else seems to be enjoying except for me

Any how I resisted another beef patty and champagne cola from the Jamaican Restaurant after 7pm.
BTW my pop burned again @ 1 min :(

I notice that something is missing from your meals: fruits !!!!
ReplyDeleteBuy a bunch of fruits except grapes + low calorie yogourts and bring them to work.
So whenever you are tempted to eat junk food, just grab a fruit instead.
Or you can also buy those dried fruits snacks instead of M&M
