Thursday 1/8/9

Thursday was better than wednesday. I struggle all day attempting to go the gym, but HELAS! I was unsuccesful. I was so tired by the time I got home after work...but I know some of you are thinking ... how the heck did she ever make it to the step practice 4 times/ week? I have no idea.
BTW I'm not looking forward to step practice, but I know that day is coming back soon.

Like I said before, Thursday was better I even had a fruit as suggested by WarmBread!
What did I eat then?
B: Oatmeal + tea
L: Potatoes/green beens/boiled chicken + 1 orange
D: Sandwich/cheese/salami
Snack: 4 life savers ( I have a pack to finish)/popcorn/3 granola bars

The goal for today is to be on the bike for 20 min...wish me luck!

    First - when does your pack of life savers end??? It seems like it is more a BIG BOX than a pack!!

    Two - what's up with the popcorn everyday?? That thing has ZERO nutritional value, it doesn't fill u up and you eat it burned...

  2. hum, I bought a box of a 100 cal packs.. so I actually only eat 1/3 < 34 calories.
    That's true no nutrional values...
    But it is a working progress... pretty soon I'll have salads for dinner..once I run out of break.

    Since I only eat 4 life savers and don't share, I do have a lot left..
