Now I do 20lbs by July 5th, 2009 ~ 25 Weeks about 1lb/week.
So the update for week 1
Stats
Start 171lbs 5"2(50)'
Today: 169.4 lbs 5"2(51)' --- I feel taller already
Weight Loss: 1.6 lbs
Height Gained 0.01 inch
Analysis:
- Stay away from fried food it works
- Stop eating uneccessary cake
- Drinking water works
- I need more time on a bike/elliptical/dancing/something!
