what did I eat tuesday
B: Oatmeal
L: Asian sensation 310 cal frozen meal/tangerine
D: salad/turkey meat/asian sesame dressing light
Drinks: Tea/water
Snacks: 1 chocole fruit/1 nutrigrain/popcorn .... Lot n lots of Nutrigrain after Dinner.
so I went to the store yesterday to stock up on some fruits/salad/carrots/wheat bread and Wheat thins. I mean they are wheat thins they can't be that bad. Oh yes they can be after you eat alot, it can add up very easily

I think I ate about 50... :(
So today I left the box home! I will only pack 8 pieces if I want some --- 75 cals--- plus the box will last forever.
