The beggining

Getting ready for 09 meant that I would eat everything and anything I wanted (french fries).
Finally 09 is here I decided that this time i'm going to do it right.
So and 2.5 friends + 0.5 friend (who doesn't diet) decided to watch what we eat.
So these are the rules
  1. Water only (although I love coffee)
  2. No more fried food (sucker for French fries and fried plantains)
  3. No heavy food after 7PM
  4. 2 hr minimum of cardio

So one will say that this sounds a lil harsh, but I will say no.

So basically, this regimen started on monday Jan 5th, 2009 after we all indulge on good food and drinks on saturday :)

Because I was going to start emailing someone everyday, she suggested starting a blog instead. So here it goes [I hate writing BTW]

These are my stats...

Height: 5"25

Weight: 171 lbs {according to my cheap no good scale, i could really be 150}

Goal: to be 5"6 and 115lbs

The diary begins

Monday 1/5

BKFST: chocolate milk, lifesavers, coffee

Lunch: chicken Noodle soup

Dinner: Turkey Sandwich/Orange/Water

I had to have the lifesavers because I was feeling dizzy---HYPOGLYCEMIA--- you just don't go from eating a high sugar cinnamon toast crunch w/ whole milk to JUST MILK...

So here it is...I started... I'll give you the new stats at the end of each week...

  2. I keep telling her she's gonna crash and zombie walk into her fridge one day and ravenously eat everything...but she's not seeming to take me seriously :)

  4. Wait a minute I hope it's not those small patties you had at the party. If so, you need to follow up with a bowl of salad drizzled with lemon juice salt, pepper and olive oil. Then a fruit and water. You can have juice too but you should water it down. 50 juice 50 water.

  5. This is a good idea.. I need to lose 15 lbs myself so maybe I'll post what i eat everyday too
    btw how can u possibly go from 5'25 to 5'6?????

  6. well I had 2 giant beef patties w/ a Banana and water...
    i'm cutting out juice...not needed..may be in july i'll be able to reintroduce it..
    the salad thing takes too much time
