The Weekend ending 1.12.09

Let's Just say that the weekend did not go as well as it should have. 

What did I eat Saturday?
B: Tea, decaf coffee, croissant
L: Potatoes/green beans/chicken
D: Mashed potatoes/chicken Parm {home made}
Snack: pop cord; tiny piece of cake; 3 small crepes/3 nuttella/apricot jam; 1 lil thai food boiled
Drinks: water/1 giant glass wine

So Saturday was good until I got home about 7 P.M and some friends decided to come over for game night and requested crepes. So Since I am the Crepes Master I said :sure: little did I know that as soon I finished making them, I will be tempted to eat them. So I did. The pround thing is I resisted FRIED CHICKEN!
I ate some of them after 7pm
As for the wine; after we made it clear that we will only drink water...this SKINNY ONE [SO] walked in with the wine in her hand... and the rest is history.

I have a very low tolerance for alcohol, so after everyone left because of the snow storm...I quickly passed out on my bed.

Sunday I woke up and felt really bad, about saturday. So I woke up when on the Bike in my lil corner gym for 15min... Now let me just say that those bike seats are the most uncomfortable things ever... How do people seat on it for hours???? Anyway I'm off to a good start with this exercise thing.

So what did I eat Sunday
B: 1 Banana/granola bar/tea
L: Chicken Parm/potatoes/asparagus/1 apple
D: regular sandwich @ 9PM... I got out of work; went to the hospital; picked up a friend et voila il etait deja 21h.
Snack: 2 red starbucks

I guess today concludes my first week. It is not easy, but I must keep going.

  1. wow, you're really being good about keeping track of what you eat. The only thing i'd say is that your saturday lunch and dinner choices where probably not the best. Lunch looks good but you should've had a protein instead for dinner. You had carb overload on saturday...stay away from potatoes...you even had some more potatoes on sunday too??? oh boy! lol.

    you can eat carbs earlier in the day, like for lunch mostly since you have such a busy schedule...but try baked fish or baked/boiled chicken with some greens for dinner instead. :)

  2. I realized that I was making up for french fries... by eating lots of potatoes... I was like oh No.
    Starting this week/ I will try to have a carbless Dinner
    Salad+ lunch meat.
